Yes. Chuck racks are modular and designed for easy part swaps with basic tools. Back into a fence? We’ve got replacement parts.
Yes! We’d love that. Shoot us an email at info@chuckrack.com.
Not yet—but custom colors are coming soon. We plan to powder coat buckets and hooks locally to your specs.
Compatibility & Fit

The Chuck Bucket fits most vehicles with a standard 2" hitch receiver. If you have a spare tire, camper, or recessed hitch, reach out—we can help check clearance or recommend an adapter.
Yes. Our modular design lets you swap between the Chuck Bucket (for skis/snowboards) and the Chuck Rack (for bikes) using the same base post. No extra hitch mount needed.
Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 days within the continental U.S. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it ships.
Potentially! Reach out to us with a zip code or address. We only distribute out of the U.S.—import tariffs aren't included in the price.
Returns & Warranty

Absolutely. We offer 30-day returns as long as the rack is in like-new condition. A $49 return handling fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All Chuck products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If anything breaks under normal use, we’ll make it right.
Chuck Bucket FAQs

Up to 8 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. You can also load golf bags, camp chairs, or other long gear.
Absolutely. The Chuck Bucket uses high-grade aluminum and rubber guards to keep your gear secure. We recommend using tie-down straps too.
Slide the base post into your 2” hitch, lock it with the included pin, then mount the Chuck Bucket on top. No tools needed beyond what’s in the box.
The two-stage tilt lets you access your trunk even when fully loaded. Just pull the handle and tilt it back.
Chuck Rack FAQs

The base fits 4 bikes. Add extenders and you can carry up to 6.
Totally. It’s designed for easy solo loading—even for moms and teens.
It fits most e-bikes and mountain bikes. For heavier or unusually shaped frames (e.g., with central displays), contact us for fit guidance.
We use rubber guards on all contact points. Still, we recommend using neoprene sleeves or bar tape on carbon for extra peace of mind.
Yep, drop bars are no problem.
Center hooks: 80 lbs. Outer hooks: 60 lbs. Add-on hooks: 40 lbs. Total rack capacity: 275 lbs.
We include straps to secure each bike’s front wheel to the frame or other bikes.
Yes. It’s heavy when loaded, and you may need to support the tilt when unlocking—but it’s fully functional.
Just like the Bucket—install the base into the hitch, secure with the pin, then attach the rack. All tools included.
Depends on your bumper’s clearance. Check the diagram above or send us a photo for a quick fit check.
