Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of product delivery.
Returned products must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.
A $49 flat restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@chuckrack.com so we can make it right.

Limited Warranty
For a period of 2 years, FFO Chuck LLC will repair or replace free of charge any part(s) found upon examination by FFO Chuck at its shop in Salt Lake City, UT to be defective in material or workmanship, subject to the following limitations:
This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser, as confirmed by our internal records and customer-provided proof of identity. The purchaser shall pay all transportation costs on any warranty work. All warranty work shall be performed ONLY by FFO Chuck LLC.
FFO Chuck LLC assumes no responsibility—and this warranty shall be void—if repairs have been made or attempted by others. This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, damage in transit, negligence, accidents, abuse, alterations (i.e. off-label use), repairs, or investigatory dismantling by unauthorized persons.
This warranty is the only warranty provided by FFO Chuck LLC, and FFO Chuck LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FFO Chuck LLC shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation, physical injury, and shall in no event be liable in excess of the purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Be sure to inspect your product prior to use for damage and discontinue use if damage is suspected. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment.
